Appointed at a time when the business was an underperforming niche focused business targeting online gaming in Europe. Recognized the huge opportunity for Earthport in the untapped North American market and approached and gained support from the company’s UK owners to lead market entry of the business in the US.

Recruited as a graduate trainee into P&G's brand management function; successfully completed multi-business unit (paper; food and beverage and laundry) and multi-geographical assignments (UK, Ireland, Switzerland). Each of these roles focused on combining deep consumer understanding with segmentation and strategic skills to deliver top and bottom-line growth to the individual brands. Latterly, prepared key assets in the global beverages unit (based out of Geneva) for divestiture.
